TERRIBLE SERVICE

I upgraded my Cell phone contract with Cell c, handset and micro chip sim card was delivered with on Friday the 08.01.16. On Wednesday the 13.01.16 l called the call centre and requested a sim swarp so that l could use the handset delivered as it only uses a micro chip sim. I was told someone would call me in 24 hours. Today is the 20th of January and l am still waiting. I call them every other day and still no joy. I am very disappointed in their service and if not attended to urgently, I will cancel my contract as l hate to imagine the kind of drama l will have going forward with the service provider.
