Terrible Service
And here we are again or rather still. Had ine reply from Cell C and I answered and nothing happened. I received 4 emails to say soneone will call me, but nobody did. Then they ask me to rate the service of my query..... how can I rate if NOBODY CONTACT ME?????? THERE IS NO SERVICE!!!!! i just ohoned now again and when I press 2 I just get cut off..... really?.???

14 Sept 2021, 10:37I have upgraded 27 July. Still waitong for my phone. Last week I was told the gentlemen never odered the upgrade and now all the stock is out again. And it is now 14 September. Almost 2 months and I was told there no stock again. SAUMSUNG A72 or A52.... so how long am I suppose to wait for Your mistake????? And now no one is answering my mails or phoning.me and the phone just gets cut off when I try to phone
