Terrible Service

I have a contract with Cell C - a sim card with data, that goes in my own private WIFI, then i phone them to find out why i cannot connect to my wifi, which has never been a problem, you hold for 20 minutes and they say that you have to speak to someone technical, and they will put you through, and then hang up, this happened about 3 times in a row.... now being the 3rd of the month and i still cannot use my wifi.
