Terrible Service

Ive been with Cellc for over 5years and today was the first time i had such terrible service from one of your sales guys , she lacked telephone etiquette and empathy , I actually want to cancel the my phone application with Nompumelelo because of her colleague who told me she cant help with the status of the application and went on to even hang up on me when i queried to why she cant help . I need Cellc to got back listen to that call and train their agents better because that's just disgusting service
