terrible service

I went to cell c in phoenix plaza on the 29th october and expressed interest in taking a p8 lite contract, I was advised by natasha that she will keep the phone aside for me as I did not have all my required documents. I came back the next day and to my surprise she told me she had no stock especially after she had phoned me and told me she had in both black and white and I had asked her to keep it aside for me. She phoned the branch in gateway and they assured me that they will keep it aside for me for the 1st November. Upon arrival they said they have no stock and that they only keep phones aside for 1 day, why was I not informed of this when I initially spoke to them on the phone? I do understand it is on special and their is a huge demand for it, but then why the false promises. A simple \we are sold out"would've saved me more time and money"
