Terrible service

I am very disappointed with cell c riverside mall I went to upgrade on Thursday, as I walked in, I saw they had fantastic Friday pamphlets where if you upgrade your phone to the S22 series you get a Samsung phone for free with some data, (obviously a cheap phone) I told the guy I would rather come back the next day, I handed him the pamphlets and he said that a problem and he needs to remove the pamphlets from the door, but procedes to tell me he can help me with the deal anyway, after upgrading both my phones to the S22 series and asking him where my free phone is he tells me, Oh they don't have stock.... also previously took my phone in to get fixed because the phone kept restarting itself, it was a major issue, the guy in the store the just reset the phone telling me the problem will go away, and I won't need to send it in as it will cost me money. It obviously did the same after whatever he did to my phone....
