TERRIBLE service!!!!

Over the last 10-12 years I have had numerous contracts with Cell C. Due to their previous poor service I slowly cancelled each one & transferred to Vodacom.<br> <br> As a gift for my grandmother's birthday, I decided to take out a new contract on a tablet, and give cell c another chance. This I app**** for on 18th September with Vusi. To date, 17 days later, I have still not received anything!!! <br> <br> Almost a week after applying (23rd Sep), I was contacted to please send through some documentation which I immediately provided. Another week went by and I hadn't received the tablet or had any further contact from Cell C, so I decided to contact them. I have been phoning them almost every day since then (and been given the lamest excuses!!! They couldn't get hold of me to confirm delivery address!! Nevermind they'd neglected to contact on the number I'd provided, or my office number! So they just left it (Naomi)). After getting TRULY fed up of phoning & fighting every day, spending an average of an hour each time, by Friday I spoke to the supervisor (Khuwelo) who assured me I would have it by Monday (today). Now it's MAYBE tomorrow or the next day!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE & UNACCEPTABLE!!!
