Terrible service

Cell C has the worst service of all the service providers. I have had numerous bad experiences over the last year. I have to do a sim swop and phoned customer care. I gave all my details and answered security questions correctly. I was then informed that I failed the security check? Now I have to wait 48 hours and do not have the use of my only phone ?This is pathetic CellC
