Terrible service

This is such an terrible service provider,i will never ever recommend anyone to tie themselves on contract or even prepaid.They willing to buy out contracts but give such poor service and their agents blatently lie to get you of the call.I have made the mistake of not taking down referance numbers or names which i agree was dumb however,if you are given such convincing promises then i would think its fair to say trust lies with the agent assisting you. I had an unfortunate event earlier this year of which my device was ****** but in not many instances it was actually recovered, in the interim i went ahead and blacklisted the device.I have been trying for the last week to get this unblacklisted,i have sent through my documents required and it was confirmed by the written communications Kelvin Nondabula.I have been on the call everyday since the documents were sent, i have spoken to numerous people telephonically and have been told 48 hours is turn around time.i just got of the call now with a teamleader Calvin who just dropped the damn call on me and didnt assist whatsoever. My job relys on telephonic communication and now due to cellcs pathethic service, my jobs at risk. ****ed of
