Terrible service

I have been with cell c over 20 years and have never experienced the shocking service i have received from like now. I have beeen billed for data not used for an amount of over R4000 in one evening apparently early hours of the morning since December 2022 they have been so called investigating this we have a case pending nothing materializes then they suspended my no when i phoned them again and told them i would go to umbotsman they took it upon themselves to cancel my contract with out permission. I am now totally erased from there system like i never existed in order to cover up there mess. If i could vote 0 rating i would. Do your self a favor do not use this service provider. I have now gone to a new network and had to get a whole new number. They are actually shocking.
