TERRIBLE service!!!

The worst service provider ever!!! I have received the most TERRIBLE service through Cell C telephonic customer services!! NO ONE seems to be able to help me after the million times I have called and keep being transferred from department to department. No one can find the information on my contract even after giving them my personal information a thousand times. My “upgrade” was loaded incorrectly in May and it still hasn’t been rectified in October. The only person who has helped me is a woman named Refilwe who works in the customer service department in the Cell C building in Buccleuch. I had to physically go in to the building to finally get proper help. I have been with Cell C for a few years now, and if I wasn’t obligated to stay in my new contract until 2024 I would change service providers in a second!!
