Terrible Service

I came to the Westgate Cell C store to do a sim swap. Completed a form with the number I need to be swapped. Instead the swapped my other number. I had to come back to the store to get this rectified and they tell me they can't reverse the sim swap. This is very frustrating as the other number is used by my father who lives in Klerksdorp. Now they want to add extra admin to me for a mistake that has nothing to do with me. Not forgetting that I had to involuntarily drive back to the store to get this sorted. ****ed is an understatement!!!!!
