Terrible service

Cell C at North Gate mall is very ***********, this is the 2nd time this year whereby my cellphone is delivered through to them and they always claim that they tried calling me without any luck. Which is very untrue because they have my correct contact details. i must always be the one making follow-ups with them, such an incovinience.
