Terrible service

<br> It been a month now trying to get Saeeda a sales rep from Cell C to get back to me with simple information as to me qualifying for the contract or not. Worst thing is that she has never called me to explain herself every time l call them to ask on my status. This has been frustrating. TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH CELL C. Last time l called she answered the phone and she when l explained to her who l was she **** she wasn't Saeeda and that she will get Her to call me since then l have not heard from Cell C regardless the numerous number of phone calls and emails sent to them.
