Terrible service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never respond to the requests through the app after finally getting on the phone to them they 'transfer' the call by cutting me off. I have been unable to work as I am unabke to connect to the internet with my data sim. After numerous conversations to numerous people and a number of cutt off calls I get to the techmical department where the lady starts giving me bad attitude. I will never use cell c service again... EVER. After the calls I did one final call to cancel the service, or should I say ... non-service.
