Terrible service
I have been trying to do a sim swop with cell c since i lost my phone on the 27 July 2019. They keep telling me i am failing verification. What i dont understand are there no other measures to see that this is my sim card.
They called me relentlessly to sell their products and called me by name, yet now that i want my number back i cant get it.
