Terrible Service
This is my daughters numbers she has not use it for a couple of weeks , The sim card seems not to connect to the Cell C Network anymore , Due to that I went to the Mall @ Carnival on the 05/08/2019 for a sim swop , I failed the security checks.
I asked the Sales Consultant plus the Manager ( Queen ) in such cases what is the next step and I could not get any assistance. This sim card was Rica ‘d under my name and I still have it in my possession.
What is the way forward in such incidents …
