Terrible service !!!!
I have sent cell c everything the asked for in order for them to clear the ********** account opened with my details 3 weeks ago(8th March 2019). Iv sent the affidavit, bank statements and id copy. When i asked for an update i was told to sent it again, of which i did(14 March 2019). Till today this issue hasn't been rectified and no update from Cell C, while my bond application is put on hold because of this cell c account in arrears.

25 Mar 2019, 10:00No communication was sent to me and i have beeeeen waiting!!! I was also asked to send documents again on the 14th of March yet the matter was resolved. I am also waiting for the letter confirming that the account was ********** and that is was cancelled. Am i going to get this letter next month maybe??? Can i have the letter emailed to me ASAP as my bond originator is waiting on it to continue my bond application. Email the letter to **********
