Terrible service

I had a very poor experience with Cell c, the worst service to say the least. I took up a contract with them a while back, they dont even tell me when it is about to expire, i found out a few months before it expired, i told them to cancel the contract when it expires they got me on a R29 contract instead. I changed my mind and called 30 days before the debit order goes off, they tell me the contract will only be cancelled in three months time!!! They will still debit me R718 for a device i have already paid up, and a service i no longer use! Even though i had already cancelled it a few months ago. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
