Terrible Service

Dec 2014- sent phone in for repair<br> Jan 2015- Cell c informs me my phone is repaired and ready to collect<br> - When collecting myself and cell c staff note physical defect repaired but phone not working<br> - Sent back in for repair<br> - Informed that phone has liquid damage due to my neglect to close port correctly and this assessment based on so call lack of physical problems (even though these problems had been observed by cell c when phone was sent in first time).<br> - Requested repair records of first repair that show physical defect repaired - not received to date.<br> Feb 2015- Continued to try and get this info and explain but met with denial of first repair.<br> March 2015 - HP complaint and details on when I can be contacted on<br> - Rep**** to email with detail on time to contact <br> - Call customer care line - Cant help thus I give details on when to call<br> April 2015 - HP complaint no 2 <br> NB- Reply to email with detail on time to contact<br> - Call customer care line - Can't help - give details on when to call <br> - HP complaint no 3 on 29 April 2015 - Only acknowledged complaint<br> - HP complaint no 4 on 7 May 2015 see communication & my comment no further contact from cell c<br> - 22 May HP <br> 4PM!
