Terrible service
I called into the upgrades department. As I would like to have a early upgrade done on my contract. The gentleman spoke to informed me that he would put me through to the department that deals with the early upgrades and proceeded to put me through to the technical department. This is unacceptable. Terrible. Cell c would be lucky if I decide to keep my contract with them.

Our records indicate that the earliest this number can be upgraded is 31/03/2019. Unless you would like to explore the option of paying off the current commitment amount and amending the contract in order for you to upgrade the contract before the early upgrade date.
