Terrible Service

So i Took out this cell c contract blackberry 9720, it was all well good, then my phone decides to break and I send it in for repairs, expecting my same phone back, they gave me a re-furbished phone, which in turn after 2 days broke, this has caused such an inconvenience in my personal as well as business life, a loss of business one might say, When i want to cancel my contract with this network provider, they advised me that I have to pay a cancellation fee, what I don't understand is if cell c cost me a loss of business for a period of 1 month, why should I be expected to cover my own LOSS, over and above that, I incurred more expense by purchasing a prepaid phone. <br> <br> The service is absolutely putrid,<br> <br> I do not want to be associated with Cell C and I want to cancel m contract effectively without paying 1 cent!
