Terrible service

<p>I had purchased a cellphone at the Carlswald midrand cell c and was not happy with the battery not lasting and returned the device in 1 day of using the phone.. I have had the run around and have been made so many promises by the branch manager of which he is still giving me and that to I must make calls to him and he says he will keep me updated but I have had no joy.. Now i must basically beg Cell C for money that rightfully belongs to me because I was not at fault... </p> <p> </p> <p>i have never ever experienced such horrible service and I would like someone more senior who actually knows what's going on to attend to this!!!</p>
