Terrible service

I had two contracts with cell c which ends this month and called in for a settlement amount in June. the call center agent thatadvised I spoke to advised me one amount... Yet they have still been debits made from my account for cell c, after numerous calls to cell c they advised me the amount was wrong and they took it for previous fees, although when I spoke to the agent he advised me the outstanding fees was included, I've been debited twice so far from cell c and advised I'd be debited again this month....so what was the money paid used for!!!!! The service from cell c is disgraceful and I would never recommend to anyone looking to take out a contract.
