Terrible service

I cannot seem to contact Cell C but I cannot get through and when i eventually do I get transferred only to get cut off. I have asked the agents to give the next person my details at least and they refuse saying they cannot.

My data contract was suppose to be updated / upgraded to a new package but this was never done.

I want my calls pulled and feedback. I cannot get through to anybody competent enough to assist me. Its always some other department and they cant access anything.

Its highly frustrating.
