terrible service

<p>I called an operator called Sizakele I think on the 3rd or 6th of January not too sure because when you do something you expect it to be done! I asked if I could cancel my contract I was then upsold a R40 per month contract with data, SMS airtime. I went through the whole process only to find out that I am still being debited and the cancellation was not done! Now I'm stuck with another month of paying bills for a contract that I had cancelled. This is appalling especially since I have been with Cell C for years! </p>
