Terrible Service

Gooday i recently encountered a problem with my Blackberry Z10,fone was troubling me,i lost all sound so took it to the cell c store,my service provider here in Stanger.<br> <br> <br> <br> My word they have these little clueless kids working there,with no customer service whatsoever,i was just told abruptly that the gurantee is over as the contract is over a year old and that nuting she can do.<br> Not helpful at all!!<br> <br> Couldnt she have booked the handset in and sent it tru for repairs and called me and told me the cost,was that so hard.Dissapointing!!!<br> By the way Cell c i have 5 contracts with yourl,this is poor service,should i take my bussiness elswere.<br> <br> MR S Vadia
