TERRIBLE SERVICE 2 weeks no phone

i got a contract with cell- c and they had to deliver my phone and firstly my specifications where that i wanted a black phone, which they sent me a white one, after which the phone started giving me issues , i sent the phone back to be assess, they come back with the conclusion there is nothing wrong with the phone, now they want to deliver the phone back to me, after 3 days that went by i dont receive any response from cell c regarding my delivery, so i call and just to hear the driver has tried to deliver the phone but couldint reach me, cell c gave the couriers the wrong cell phone number, so i give them the correct one, anouther 2 days go by, i give cell c a call and they tell me they cannot find out from the couriers where my phone is i must phone them, they give me a ref number, i phone the couriers and just to find out i recieved the wrong ref number i call cell c back and recieved the correct one and call the couriers back. they dont have a update of my new number. so i settled that with them. i eventually give up on cell c and find and hear the courirs returned my phone back to cell c due to not beable to reach me, now today i hear my phone might reach me by friday!!!
