Terrible service
I have taken out a new contract with cellc for about 4 months now.they gave me a new number but everyday I.am receiving funny message weird.calls looking for.different .clearly that number belonged to someone. When contacted cellc they advise the numbers get re cycled .but yes now.gettin whatsapp calls its really frustrating and frightening

We do understand your frustration. However, Icasa allocates a limited number of MSISDN’s, so we have to recycle them when the pool of numbers allocated to us is depleted.
