Terrible Service

<p>Tried to do a sim swap........... OMW what a horrible experience, my Husband phone was ****** on the 17/12/2016 in our house while we were sleeping, after having this tramatic experience and the pain a suffering that I have experienced. We bought a new phone on the 23/12/2016 and tried to do the sim swap with one of the agents telephonically and we were told that we couldnt as the number was terminated. WHAT, by who?, when?, why? " I dont know and I cant see it on my system and I dont know, when... this is the way it is." she said. What ****py service. I was so angry and just wanted to cry, My husband has been using that number for over 2 years and it is likned to everthing, the bank, Job application websites, his CV etc, now I have to spend hours and lots of time changing it all. All because Cell C didnt even have the decency to notify us that this number will be terminated and when and why, they just decided to terminated his number. We were never told of any conditions that would terminate one number after 30 days, his phone was recharged on the 25 November 2016, and funny enough the number wa terminated on day 28 what the hell. I will tell eveyone I know about this and will never recommend Cell C to anyone I know infact I am going to tell them about your ****py service. I am very unhappy, disappointed and hurt by their service never expect this from them ever. With everything I have been through with the break-in dealing with the **** has just made things worse. Thanks for nothing</p>
