TERRIBLE SERVICE!

<p>I have been going back and back forth with Cell C for a month now! The first issue was about a problem with my sim swap. I had to fight for approx. 5 days to get my sim swap resolved. Now, I can only receive calls on my cellphone and NOTHING ELSE! I cannot make outgoing calls! I can only call the Cell C call centre!</p> <p>I have BEEEEEEEEEN calling Cell C about this issue. I have spoken to approx. 10 different call centre agents who all tell me a different story about my phone/sim card. I even spoke to an extremely rude agent named Musa who was no help whatsoever to me and instead threatened to hang up! How is that for customer service? I was told that a Technician would call me after 48 hours after the first call I made to Cell C...more than 48 hours later I am still waiting! I have been a Cell C customer for 15 years and this is the type of service I expect from Cell C! The last 3 months have been hell for me because of Cell C!</p> <p> </p> <p>Somebody NEEDS to look into this ASAP!!</p>
