Terrible service

<p>Im a new client to Cell C as i decided to move bit more than a year again. I emailed Cell c a while ago and spoke to a Lerato and asked her if i can upgrade before the time and she said that it is possible.. I enquired a new phone and someone else told me im not allowed to do that.. Then i tried to apply for a new contract and immediately i was declined.. no reason behind it..Im on debt review but ive been paying my account every month without any hassles.. I know of other people that is in the same situation that can upgrade on new contracts.. Im dissapointed that cell c isnt even trying to go out of their way. Everyone has a different answer for me.Im dissapointed in myself for going the Cell C route!!!</p>
