Terrible Service

Since my first contact with Cell C in December 2014 over a physical defect on my phone. Repeated attempts on my part to resolve a repair blunder and my last complaint on Hellopeter, replies to Cell C notes of not being able to contact me with a time to call and even my call to their service center, Cell C has not contacted me or even attempted to contact me. Thus also not resolved the situation. Leaving me paying for hardware and having no phone for over 3 months now. The original problem being that the phone would not switch on then the repair of the phone that then was denied, despite it being obvious to me and the shop assistants that have helped me from the beginning. This repair to the physical body of the defect on the phone was then not taken in to consideration when deciding on the said water damage claimed later.
