Terrible service

I took out a contract with Cell C but the service was terrible so I requested a quote for premature cancellation, received it, paid the amount quoted and send them the signed quote and proof of payment to confirm but after ± one year they are still sending me statements and asking for money (which they even took from my bank account via debit order but I was able to have it reversed).
