Terrible service
I always thought that if queries were escalated to management it's a clear indication of dissatisfaction. At this Cell C branch it really makes no difference. I have been waiting for a response from Management at this store because the sales consultant is quite ***********. I am yet to receive any feedback from the manager himself. Poor customer service you have. I now see why a banner on poor service was made about them.
