Terrible service!

I absolutely livid with Cell C after being totally ignored, despite numerous calls over January 2021, to downgrade my contract to something more affordable, because I had not worked in a year. Not one of them actioned my request, nor followed up with me & in the end, refused to backdate the new contract I was requesting. They now insist that they will still bill me the old contract rate, despite blatantly not doing their jobs! This, after being being a loyal customer for many years & spending a lot of money every month on a contract! In the end, I landed up cancelling my contract & will never do business with them in my life again, nor recommend anyone else does either! I've emailed them & am being outright ignored! To say I'm furious, is an understatement!
