Terrible service

Absolutely terrible service from Cell C. I tried app**** for a contract on Friday last week but the system kept logging me out. So I went to the store and got the device. However on Tuesday cell c decided to deliver 2 phones to me without me even knowing anything about it prior. Now I want a tablet but the store has told me that they can’t help me until the online applications are cancelled because they are still showing on system. I have been calling since Tuesday to get the applications cancelled. So has the store. And nobody is having any luck.
