Terrible sales service.

I got called in June by an agent zanele in Durban call center and was offered a contract. I did not call for it. Was told ill get my device by a few days later. When I called back to speak to her team leader I was then told I'm declined. There after zanele calls me tells me there was a mistake im definitely getting my device. Its been about 3 weeks and still havnt received anything. Everyday I call to speak to zanele I get told i cannot get put through and a email will be sent to her to call me. And still no call with help. At this point. I'm very angry and irritated at the pathetic service I've received from cell c. I called this morning again the 16th July and was told the device was not even ordered for delivery. I've again twice thereafter and been kept on hold for more than 10 minutes without any help. I've been with cell c for years. And cannot believe this pathetic service.
