Terrible new service contract

<p>I recently upgraded my two contracts with Cell C - Dainfern Square Branch</p> <p>I upgraded to the Unlimited Pinnacle Contract with two IPhone 7's. The promotion stated that I was to receive a free accessory worth R199 </p> <p>It is now three weeks later and still no free accessory. Every time I phone Dainfern Square Branch they come up with a new excuse on why they havent received stock and that they would come back to me. They have not once followed up or phoned back. </p> <p>I now sit with two brand new iPhones that look like old phones because of all the scratches</p> <p>I am very dissapointed because of the terrible service! </p>
