Terrible Network Connections

Have just secured 2 cell contracts after using vodacom for the last 2 yrs as cell c seemed to have more attractive offers. However I am certainly regretting my choice as I am having the worst service from you all since inception. I have had extremely poor reception in moat areas and almost mo reception at my home. Be it a call, text msg or use of internet, I can literally no get any connection. Calls have been dropping and neither does our data assist as we can still not connect via data. It is impossible to get through on any of services on your network. I have a phone which is useless because of your terrible service. I tried getting assistance from your call centre but even your consultants are appalling at customer service. Please advise how you are going to remedy the situation or cancel my contract
