Terrible Network Connection

Your consultants have advised me last week that the turn around time for a technician to call me to set up an appointment is 3 working days...Today is the 6th day and I still await a call. Why do I pay you people if I get such terrible connections. Its is disgusting that Cell C does not care about their customers at all and even worse that they still expect payment. hat must I do to get a response. Make a banner as well...I guess that wont even work.
