Terrible Network connection

About a year ago I complained to Cell C about having terrible network coverage. Only after complaining on Hello Peter I was contacted. this after Calling, placing an inquiry on the website and posting on the facebook page. <br> Now i have upgraded about a Month ago. You would expect that if you take one of their top of range cell phones and contracts the service would be better... now I rather cannot do much with my phone. I can barely scroll through Facebook as everything takes forever to load! When searching something on the internet, you can prepare yourself for a hell of a wait. then eventually it just doesn't respond as my network connection just disappears.... only way i get some sort of connection is if i switch it off and back on and hope it works. but i do live in a very central area so i cannot imagine that my signal needs to travel too far. my problem is as follows, way pay for a decent phone if you can barely use its features
