How can you send several SMSs and enails in a day and increase the amount on every SMS? What sort of collections company is this?

I get handed over by an *********** Cell c finance department who did a botched job on a contract I cancelled - tried to bamboozle me out of more money than they were required to take and now they hand me over to snakes who have sent to me over 3 different balances that I need to pay from R582.87 to R705.49 within a week - is this a joke?

I was even at a point willing to pay the amount to rid Cell c from my life once and for all but now I won't pay a cent. Continue to increase, even above in duplum...
