Terrible netowrk/service

On the 2nd June 2021,I was unable to make calls,receive calls and messages.When I restarted my phone a pop message/error message read "your sim card is damage,call customer service".Call customer service was told to get a unRICAd sim card or I must go to the cell c store.I got the sim card as there is no cell c store where I stay i.e Mthatha. Called the customer center ,apparently I was unsuccessful with their RICA questions and I was blocked for further inquiries and I was told I will be able to RICA again after 30 days.Now cell c I would like to know how am going to get calls as I am a job seeker and in a business of selling online,this has also affected my banking am unable to do any cellphone banking or internet banking because of this number.I have been very inconvenienced due to sim card that is "damaged" sim card still looks fine with me and store that is not available in my town.
