TERRIBLE & ***** at Repairs and social media guys

I was told on Monday that someone would contact me regarding the problematic BB Z3 phone with out of box failure.<br> this is the second time it has happened and i am not willing to be without a phone for weeks again!!<br> It is thursday afternoon and no one has contacted me yet!!<br> I tried to sort it out normally and contacted 084145, where Eugene in the repairs department cuts my call. I then have to hold on forever to speak to a supervisor but again this takes many minutes wasting my time at work. I get Vumi, who tkes 10 minutes just to tell me her manager is in a meeting!! Then tells me she is handing me over to aa SENIOR lady, Dipoor who turns out to have a set mind, and is they lie because she turns out not to be senior!!<br> I am struggling with a phone that is affecting my personal and work life. the last time for an OBF i waited for a month....I am not going through that and will rather start cancelling my cell c contracts then.<br> The guys who repsond to social media, and complaints on hellopeter, for them to say we will contact you shortly and then not is terrible service coming from the guys who monitor social media and are supposed to be responding and providing timeous service
