TERRIBLE LEGAL DEPARTMENT SERVICE!!

I have been with debt counsellors for about a year and 4 months. December I decided to pay ALL my debt to get my name debt free again. Since December I struggle to get a settlement letter out of Cell C. I've spoken to people at their customer service, and every time the put me through to their legal department - they tell me that I am not on their system AT ALL... I got nothing out of them in December and because of this I can't get my name debt free! It's so frustrating for me, but it doesn't bother them at all. On Monday I went to Cell C Kolonade where a young gentleman came to the conclusion that I need a paid up letter, because Cell C actually owes me money... I asked him to give me a paid up letter, but he said that he is not allowed to do so - I have to call the legal department AGAIN and ask for a paid up letter. I called them yesterday, explained what happened on Monday but they still can't find me on their system! Nobody seems to be wanting to help me AT ALL!!! The fact that Cell C actually owes me money makes it so much worse!
