Terrible legal department.

I have been trying to get hold of this legal department for months to try and settle my Cell c account every time when i attempt to get a hold of them i stay on the line for over 15 minutes but i never get the assistance i require. Today i was told by this legal department that my line has been closed by them and handed back to Cell c who constantly tell me about this legal department that i cant get through. I am fed up of this game. I REQUIRE SOME ONE TO CALL, AS I CANT KEEP WASTING MY TIME. ********** 569
