Terrible is an understatement
<p>I made an order online via cellc.co.za - That was on the 24th October. Todate theres still no feedback from Cell C with regards to the order. Several attempts to call their call centre in the past week lead to no result and being past on from consultant to consultant. Non of the consultants I spoke to were helpful, infact they were clueless to any details I gave them - As though my application never exsisted yet I have an order number and any other info to track. And even today, almost a week since application was done the online status says "Your Order o ********** 8d0 is in Progress" There is no worst service than that from Cell C!</p>
