Terrible Fiber ISP

As a Fiber ISP, they are really amazing at getting you connected really quick, but after that they really don't care. My Fiber is down every 2 to 3 weeks for 48 to 72 hours. Every time they say it should not happen again. Since December this is regular occurrence. I am still supposed to pay the same every month.
