Terrible experience

I WAS CONTACTED BY CELL C CONTACT CENTRE, TO ADD MI ASSIST WHICH I DID ADD FOR ALMOST A YEAR PAYING EVERY MONTH, THE CALL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE SAID AFTER A FIRST DEBIT YOU CAN ACTIVATE THE APP, AFTER 100Z OF CALLS FINALL GET THROUGH THEM THEY SAY THEY NOT SURE WHICH NUMBER I AM REGISTERED WITH AND SAID THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME, THEY NUMBER ALWAYS ON VOICE MAIL FOR MY ASSIST, SO PHONE CELL Customer care they say ask them if they can't load me on the app cancel my activation, and refund me but, they cancel me from MI assist, and say I can't get refunded cause I agreed for the service, I never dispute that I never agreed all I wanted was my money back if you could not give me access to mi assist, finally found out from the agent that miassist doesn't have a contact number, I think that's money ****ing if they do that to a million subscribers R50 x million subscribers over 6 months is alot money terrible experience Going to cancel all contracts with them advertise doent to business with them, I asked the guy who emailed me to get is Manger to call me still waiting over week
